Sheffield Eagles v York Knights
On Sunday 2nd April the Sheffield Eagles play their next game of the 2023 season, away to York Knights in the fourth round of the Challenge Cup.

The first game against each other
Sheffield Eagles and York Knights played each other for the first time on 26th March 1986, in the Eagles' third season.
It was a home game for the Eagles at Owlerton Stadium but they lost 32-14 in front of a crowd of 507. Craig Miller scored two tries and Roy Rafferty scored three goals.
After a number of off field challenges the Eagles managed to finish the season in 6th place, with 10 wins out of 14 games.
