Hall of Fame - Added in 2024
The hugely influential halfback played for the Eagles from 2007 to 2008 before returning from 2012 to 2015. His second spell with the Club saw them become the first back to back Grand Final winners. Dominic was at the heart of those games, along with many others during his time with the Eagles. He is the 3rd highest goalkicker in the Club’s history and the 4th top points scorer of all time. He also holds the Club record for most goals in one game, scoring 14 against Leigh East in 2013. His ability to dictate and control play was key to some of the biggest victories for the Club. Not only was he an ever-reliable goalkicker and cool under pressure but his kicking game during play changed games, whether it was 40-20s or kicks through the defensive line. His darting runs and turn of pace tormented the opposition, creating tries for both himself and others. Dominic was recognised as a real team player, who helped get the best out of his team mates, being part of a golden era for the Sheffield Eagles.
