Sheffield Eagles Past Players Association Launched
The Sheffield Eagles Heritage Project and the Sheffield Eagles were delighted to be able to use the Club's first Heritage Game on 3rd September 2023 as a chance to launch the Sheffield Eagles Past Players Association.
PPA Launched
The aim of the Past Players Association is to bring together former players who may have lost touch with teammates, to receive heritage certificates and to link in with what the Club is doing now. We’ll be putting together a regular newsletter for former players and are hoping to arrange a series of reunions as part of the 40th anniversary celebrations in 2024.
The Association will initially focus on former players from the men’s team, over time thought it will grow to include former members of all the other Eagles’ teams that have recently been established.
